BEWARE OF DEALING WITH GROUPON

After many emails asking Groupon to please collect 2 items I wanted to return for credit, they EVENTUALLY sent COURIERIT on the 25th March 2013 to collect the parcel (W/B 11796591). I followed up almost daily after this asking them to now please pass the credit (they said they could only pass the credit once they had received the goods). Yesterday, the 19th April 2013, I received an email from Groupon which says: "Following your request, a refund has been made to your credit account." I had clearly asked them to credit my bank account - gave them all the details - or my credit card, the details of which they have but specified that if they needed confirmation of these details, to please contact me. WHAT IS MY CREDIT ACCOUNT? I have tried to call them this morning on the number they give on the bottom of their emails and it's either permanently engaged or out of order!? PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IF YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH GROUPON BECAUSE THEIR AFTER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN APPALLING!!
