A refund still in progress after a month???

Groupon, I'm still waiting for my refund which apparently has been happening for a month now. This is beyond appalling service. It's actually disgusting now.

There's my request number (#729664) and please don't tell me about a backlog, I have given groupon enough time for this refund.
