I bought a voucher on Groupon and when I tried to make the booking at The Cradle for the dinner bought they told me that the lady who dealt with the Groupon has left the company and they no longer accept the Groupon requests. Firstly I think this is shocking service from the Cradle restaurant. I contacted Groupon and they said they would refund my money but to date and numerous e-mails I have not received my refund. Groupon insist the money was refunded to my account but I have sent them screenshots of my account and verification from my bank THAT THE MONEY WAS NEVER REFUNDED TO MY ACCOUNT. GroupOn is to blame for the refund not happening but I think this is shocking service from the Cradle to have a promotion and once vouchers have been purchased to decide that the promotion will no longer go ahead.
