Faulty goods delivered, no exchange items available, waiting 4 months for refund and now they are requesting me to proof i haven't received the refund but they can't proof to me that they have refunded me. My bank statements are personal and you should give me an remittance to proof that you payed and not to request me to give you my personal bank statements to proof that I haven't received it. If i look at this page I can see that you are not willing to refund your clients and then come with comments like "we will look into it" pathetic!!! I WANT MY MONEY!!!
