6 Months NO REFUND

To whom it may concern,

It is very sad that I need to go through this route to get a refund out of Groupon.

I have paid twice for they same purchase by accident and had to send my bank statements and proof of payments to Groupon to reveal by accidental double payment, this was done.

Since then they have sent me proof of payment for a refund that is not even in my name nor my account. Groupons admin is really poorly managed.

I have spoken to 2 supervisors who told me that they will sort out my refund ASAP and will keep me updated telephonically, They have asked me to send my bank statements to prove that Groupon has not refunded me, this has been done and sent several times. I am a working mother and really do not have the time to do Groupons admin and accounting for them. Today is 4 October 2013 and still no call back nor payment.

It is essential that someone steps up, be a manger and gets my account sorted out ASAP.

Please could these managers Maurisia and Nazley give me a call ASAP to sort this out. This is from an innocent person who LIKED using your service.
