Groupon is a cheat and wittholds funds!!

Groupon! You owe me close to R700 and I have been waiting for my money since the 14/3!! I have logged 5 requests, not one, but 5 with your incompetent team for my funds to be paid back to me as a result of you not being able to honour your deals!! I purchased a cover for my Samsung tablet end Jan, and the first week of March I still didnt receive it, only to be told that there is no stock (ref 683939), where I had to call and chase up despite you saying it would take 4 weeks! I requested for a refund & logged a complaint via Hello Peter on the 14/3!! Complaint ref 717956. Then I also purchased a voucher for the restaurant at Georges, to which Groupon cancelled the deal - thus I asked for my funds back in addition to the funds owing for the cover on the 3/4 - ref 732788. Then I call yet again to enquire as to where my refund is on the 15/4 for both the credit - ref 741407 & 741408!!! Stop giving me a freaking reference and say my request for refund has been forwarded and refund me back my money!! You have been withholding this for the past 1.5 months!! You should also pay me for the interest you owe me!
