I signed up for Rubybox and after receiving my first Rubybox found it to be a total waste of money. Most of the samples I have received for free in magazines in the past! I then sent them an e-mail to cancel my subscription and request a refund only to find they had already billed me. They say they have refunded the money into my account but my bank statements reflect otherwise. I have sent them three e-mails and called them twice requesting proof of this refund but have received nothing. The first e-mail I sent was on 14/06/2013 and although I have recived a response but I am still waiting for my money to be refunded into my account or proof of the refund on their side.
