On 07/11/12 I ordered a product from Groupon, in electric blue. Four weeks later, on 05/12/12, I called their helpdesk to ask why it hadn't arrived yet, as per their stated policy.
The helpdesk operator said I should give it another week.
I finally received it on 24/12/12, but in the meantime I had to notify them twice that my delivery address had changed, since they weren't delivering it at a time when I would be at work, and when the guy from Courierit called it was clear he still thought it had to go to the original address!
When I took delivery the item was indicated as "Blue" on the waybill, but when I opened the box it was a nice soft pink!
On 02/01/13 I called Groupon's helpdesk again to ask that the item be collected and the operator said it would take 5 working days.
I called again at just after 08:30 on 11/01/13 and the operator said she would escalate my case to the person in charge of deliveries, and send me an email to inform me when they would collect the item. I'm still waiting...
I've been buying stuff online for several years from various companies now, but never have I experienced such appalling service from any other online store.
