I purchased an Item from Groupon and realized that I did not change my delivery address (I take responsibility for this part as it was my mistake). I emailed [Email Removed] and updated them with the new address. It took over a week for someone to assist with this (Maybe it was a really confusing request). Their response was "The issue has been escalated and I will be updated accordingly"

I eventually received a response saying that the address has been changed and my item has been shipped. Well to cut a long story short, the Item ended up at the incorrect address and I will have to take it upon myself to get it to my current address as the Groupon team may get even more confused and possibly send my item to another country!

I understand that mishaps do occur, but looking at majority of the complaints on Hello Peter, the biggest mistake is actually Groupon itself! I hope that potential customers get onto Hello Peter and research you guys before actually purchasing anything. This complaint is more to warn the customers of SA other than receive a response from Groupon as that also seems like a complicated task for you to carry out!

Horrible service...
