I contacted Groupon last week regarding outstanding orders from December12, and was informed that the supplier did not have sufficient quantities of the product(??) The operator then said that the products (2 x iPad bags) would be sourced and delivered to me within two weeks. Yesterday I received notification via email that a parcel was on its way. As the 2 iPad bags I ordered have different delivery addresses (1xJhb, 1xKleinmond), I phoned today to check which one has been dispatched. I was informed that this information was not available, and that I will be called back. This has not happened. To my surprise, I received a package from Groupon this afternoon, containing a SUSHI MAKER! This product was ordered by me and delivered during November12, so I do not understand why this was sent to me. I phoned your "customer services" line again, and the lady said a consultant will phone me back. Again, and not surprisingly, no one has called me.
