No Returns Policy for Groupon

On 15/05/2013 I ordered (online) through Groupon, a Shake n Take. Payment of R299 was effected immediately. The product was delivered on 31/05/2013. On the 04/06/2013 I lodged a complaint with Groupon that the product was not functional & asked for a refund. on 10/06/2013 Groupon acknowledged receipt of complaint and confirmed product would be collected within 3-5 working days. The faulty product was only collected on the 26/07/213 by CourierIT, over a month later than promised!! Groupon have got their faulty product back, it is now August 18th - I am still waiting to be refunded the R299 I paid for the Shake n Take. Disgusting does not even begin to describe the appalling service received from Groupon - it seems there is no returns policy where they are concerned - how does one justify 3 months where I am waiting to get my money back?
