I placed an order with Groupon more than two weeks ago and was promised that it will be delivered within 2 weeks which was suppose to be last week, when I followed up to find out where my order is I was informed that it will be delivered today, the 24th of December. I have in numerous mails and calls explained to them that this is a Christmas gift for my son and was promised that it will be deliver today, but here I am still waiting!!! This was my first time buying something from them but I will definitely not be making that mistake again.
I phoned them now and was placed on hold for almost 45 minutes and for the last 20 minutes I was told "I am now first in line" but no one answered my call!!!
I am extremely angry and disappointed, what do I give my son for Christmas now???
