No feedback now delay on refund

I bought to vouchers from Montrose beauty via Groupon up until today Montrose has not gotten back to me about my appointment. I have booked twice and the first time her mom resheduled saying she couldn't make it. After that she ddnt get into contact with me again. I have requested for a refund and now it's a whole long procedure to get my money back. See email below.

I have requested a refund and up until today not received anything, I am very frustrated that on four occasions that this issue has not been delt with yet. The Montrose Beauty has not contacted me after many times trying to call her to set up an appointment. I am really very upset that monies has been paid and no service delivered and now they are taking forever for the refund to be done. Bad service.
