On the 21 October 2013, I bought a voucher through groupon for eyelash extension from diva beauty studio,

There are only 2 people working there the owner and the receptionist, the voucher was for 2 people me and my sister. My sister booked her called on tuesday 22 october to book appointment an appointment for thursday 24th October at 12:noon. She called the salon to inform them that she is running late, when she arrived they refused to do the treatment telling her some rugby wife is coming and she's more important.

I booked my appointment on 22nd october Tuesday for 25th October Friday at 9:30 am, I arrived there at 9:15 the owner refused to do my treatment saying she's the owner and she's decided not to do my treatment, based on the fact that my sister arrived late, I apologise and she still refused. She said she called groupon to cancel the voucher and I should do the same thing because she will never do my treatment.

on the 29 october I requested a refund from groupon, as per their terms and conditions I was supposed to get my refund within 7 working days, till now I haven't received my cash they keep on stalling please assist asap
