I bought 2 groupon vouchers for a back and neck massage with a Brazilian manicure and facial at Cyniques Brazilian Beauty Spa. On the voucher that was provided to me, they only had the Beauty Spars cellphone number and no landline number to make any appointments. I call the Cyniques Brazilian Beauty Spa everyday and no one answered. I then called Groupon on the 3rd of January 2013 to cancel the voucher and to get my money. I was given a reference number (id:121871627) and was told that the money would be in my bank account with 24 hours. Till date I have not received any money even after following up numerous times with the supplier. I was then told that the money will be added to my Groupon account. I told the call centre agent that I wanted the money deposited into my account and not the Groupon account. The agent sent me an email stating that ""Please do not reply to this e-mail as this will result in your EFT not being processed successfully."". I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
