I am extremely disgusted with the attitude of Groupon, their clients and their staff members. More than 3 weeks ago, my friends and I had complained about Xtreme Glam, and we were told and assured in numerous emails from a Shoneez that we will be refunded. All we had needed to do was wait 3-5 working days for the refund. It has obviously been more than that now. When we had made another enquiry, we were told that the voucher has already been redeemed. What nonsense is that, we have in no way been to xtreme glam or anywhere near it. We were also told that the systems were updated and our refund was deleted. How can that be? This is nonsense. We purchased the groupon and never went for the spa, reasons which were explained before. We can never get in touch with anyone from xtreme glam or groupon. We would appreciate s response soon, because quite frankly, the customer service from both are absolutely pathetic and leaves much to be desired.
