Close to 3 months, still no delivery!

Bought 3 Acer tablets on a Groupon offer on 23/1/2013. This purchase was directly with Groupon and not a supplier. I have since made contact to follow up 4 times.
After a month of no contact, I contacted the call center. Was told the devices were part of a bad batch and not sent out, but were also not re-ordered. The agent said they placed the order and it should be 4 weeks.
Called again after 4 weeks of no delivery / information and was told this time they had actually ordered the devices and to wait another 4 weeks.
Called again after 5 weeks (gave grace due to public holidays), was told the issue had been escalated and I would receive response in a week. Request email confirmation of same, did not receive. Called again the following week, was told no escalation on system, but this time it was really done.
Requested email confirmation and escalation to a manager. Awaiting feedback.
This is some of the worst service I have ever encountered and I will watch out for such offers to make sure I never buy directly from Groupon again.
