Still Waiting for refund

I purchased a Groupon for Yoga on 04/03/2013 and paid by EFT on 08/03/2013. I didn't receive my Groupon, even though the code on the deposit slip was correct. I contacted Groupon ( (#713740) and a Waseema Peters responded on 11/03/2013 stating that they were investigating why I hadn't received my Groupon. I assumed it was a technical glitch and it would be sorted out.

I waited 4 days and contacted Groupon for an update - no response. I tried again 3 days later and got the following email:
Waseema Peters (Groupon SA) Mar 18 09:23 (SAST) Thank you for contacting Groupon CS. Your request for a refund has been approved. Should your refund be processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Groupon South Africa

It is now the 28/03/2013 and I've sent 5 emails and no response. I am shocked and disgusted with the service. All prior dealings with Groupon were fast, friendly and efficient (including one refund). My daughter who also uses Groupon is appalled at the service I've received as all her dealings with Groupon have been A-class (she was also refunded for previous deals that fell through). Is Groupon SA under new management? Because this is not the service I am used to!
