Order Placed 25 Jan 2013 STILL not delivered!

I placed an order on 25 January 2013, order number 0010141DE3 and have to date still not received this order. I have sent Groupon Support emails requesting feedback but to no avail. Is it standard practice for Groupon to sell items and not deliver them to clients? Is it standard practice to ignore client requests?
I sent them a message on Facebook and they had the audacity to delete it without responding! This is the worst service I have ever experienced! I paid for these goods and I expect them to be delivered without any hassle. Clearly Groupon does not understand the concept of customer service.
