Once again, complete incompetence! The last email I received from Groupon dated March 20, 2013 - clearly stated that my goods would be delivered within 5-7 working days! Accompanying this email, I further received a Faceboob inbox message stating the following:
Hi Nicci

Logistics confirmed stock and that we will be sending it out to you!

I have never dealt with a more incompetent company in my life, your disregard for customer service and lack of respect for the consumer is beyond a disgrace! This order was placed on the 14th of January! I am sick and tired of chasing down something that was supposed to be a simple process. I have been in contact with Groupon numerous times via phone, email, HelloPeter, Twitter and Facebook - every single time I get the same generic answer and no one can actually assist! If you haven't mastered the art of delivery, service and logistics - you shouldn't be in business! This is highway - REFUND!
