I am beyond horrified at Groupon SA's service... Service in SA in general is bad but oh my goodness there is no words for the shocking service I have received from Groupon SA. I bought a number of Christmas gifts in November 2012 to ensure there was ample time for delivery before Christmas. I might add that they were advertised by Groupon as Christmas gifts. I received only one of my orders in time for Christmas after lengthy calls, emails and empty promises of delivery no later then the 23rd of December 2012. It is the 11th of February 2013 and I still have not received the last of my Christmas gift orders and no one bothers to answer my numerous emails sent to the support department to try and find out what on earth is going on with the delivery of something I paid for in November 2012! Its great!!! They don't answer my emails but then proceed to send me "rate our service" emails. Its a complete joke!!! Groupon are you running a business or a Circus??? My purchases at the end of 2012 were my first and last!!! I will NEVER ever again make use of Groupon's pathetic service offering.
