No refund after a month of phone calls and emails

I ordered my product and was told to wait for payment to be settled (to be handled by Cheryl Nhlumayo) on 6th of March 2013. Nothing was done, i then was told to send my details because they could no longer deliver my product and would give my refund (Loyiso Landu). Sent my banking details on 6th of March 2013 and was told to WAIT yet again for 7 days because "thats how long it takes". i then waited two weeks and no refund, no "email confirmation' like they said i would get. I sent a complaint directly to Groupon without response or acknowledgement. After following up now for 4 weeks still no refund. This has been the worst experience i have had with customer service delivery. I would not recommend Groupon to anyone. ticket#716819
