Have been waiting since 19 March 2013 for a refund

I bought a product on groupon and after a long struggle for them to collect it, I'm still waiting for my refund. The last correspondence I received was that collection would be arranged. After the product was eventually collected I notified them of the collection so that they could arrange for a refund. I did so on 19 March 2013 and no refund was paid out as of yet.

I received this e-mail afterwards:
"Should your refund be processed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please do not responding to this email as this will result in you re-opening the ticket and the refund will not be reviewed."
I am still waiting.
