Purchased an mp3 player that was on promotion on the 3rd of december 2012. i have not received it until today and everytime i call the call centre i'm being told that they can see it but it has not been delivered yet. it's really unprofessional for a big company like this to not honour a purchase agreement with their customers. there has been no follow-up on their side to inform me of the delays and now when i call their call center I'm told that they do not have the product and they will try to refund me, 4 months after the purchase of the goods.
