On January 29, 2013 I ordered and paid for an expensive Samsung TV. After many emails and telephone queries I was informed by their call centre (Ganeefa) that their supplier could not supply and that she would arrange for a refund. I advised Ganeefa that I would purchase my own TV and got her to confirm that I would get a refund and the TV would not be delivered. I received an email from Ganeefa to confirm this on March 25. Again more emails and telephone queries until Friday April 5 when I was advised that a call centre team leader would phone me regarding my refund. She never phoned. I had hardly put the phone down when the TV was delivered.

I again phoned the call centre (Zulfa) this morning (April 8) and she put me through to a team leader (Nazrey) who listen to my problem and said she would send me an email as to how we would resolve my problem.. It is now 17:03 and no email. How do these people stay in business???
