Paid for goods and no goods arrive

I signed up for Groupon as it was supposed to be such a great site do do shopping, in November 2012 I ordered a Air o Space 5 in one bed that was on offer. While purchasing the product it clearly states how many units available as well as when the deal closes. It also stated 4 weeks for delivery.

I duely paid for the purchase the same day so as not to misss out on the special, then the wait started giving December the reason for delay I waited until mid January to call, and was informed that the courier company went belly up and they are sourcing a new company I should wait a further week. After a week went by I called again, this time the excuse was that the supplier had such a overwelming responce that there was a shortage of stock. I stated how this could be as you have a available amount when the purchase is done.

I was given the option of obtaining a refund which I declined as I wanted the bed. I was then informed to wait another 2 weeks bearing in mind this is 2 months after my purchase and payment. After 2 1/2 weeks I called again only to be told that the supplier still does not have stock and that will unfortuantley have to take a refund.

how long will my refund take???
