Groupon Does Not Respond to Complaints

I purchased a Groupon for a High Tea to treat my Grandmother for her Birthday. The High Tea experience we had was absolutely shocking and possible the worst meal I have ever received from an establishment. As soon as I got home after the tea on Satuday the 23rd of March, I emailed Groupn, as well as the establishment, a list of problems we experienced and requested a full refund. On the 27th I emailed again, asking for my complaint to be handled. 10 days later I have not receieved a response from either party but Groupon had the audacity to email me and ask how me to "rate the support you receieved", I have recieved NO support and would please like someone to handle my complaint. This level of customer of service is shocking! My SOS is #725305
