Good day

I purchased a spa on Groupon for a spa by the name of Molobane spa and lodge on the 12.12.2013. On the week of the 31.12.2013 I tried to book using my voucher. Unfortunately I could not get a hold of the establishment. I emailed groupon as a result they said the spa was closed due to the plumbing issues and that they would be open on the 15.01.2014. This establishment had my contact details throughout and yet did not contact me themselves at any point. I emailed groupon again with no and they are yet to respond. I have two issues the lack of professionalism of this spa and groupon failing to check the reputation of the spa. I would not have considered using Molobane if they were not recommended by groupon. I would like feedback on how I can be assisted
