Don't buy vouchers on Groupon

I recently purchased a full day spa voucher from Groupon for the Culinan Diamond Inn and SPA. The hotel and SPA were completely run down and the service was pathetic. It was supposed to have been a full day spa, including 3 meals and a sleep over. We had one horrible meal of tinned tuna with wilted lettuce, 2 treatments and then they told us that was it for the full day spa. We did not sleep over as the establishment was run down and we didn't want to risk another meal. Upon complaining to Groupon and requesting part of my money back, considering I did not sleep over or get the full day SPA experience as promised, I have not received a response despite contacting them twice. Groupon should check that their suppliers meet some sort of minimum standard, as this was definitely not what I paid for and what was advertised. It would also be nice if they bothered to get back to their customers. This is the second time I have been fooled by Groupon and will not be purchasing from them again.
