Groupon does not honour their sales

Hi all i purchased three adobe cs6 courses at groupon. when we TRIED to register we could not. When we called the support centre we were told to phone london. When we wrote to the support centre we were given a tracking number still nothing. On calling the support centre again promises to sort the problem still not done. Groupon sent me an email to rate their service and still nothing. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO YOUR QUERIES AND DO NOT SORT OUT THE PROBLEMS I CAN NOT EVEN GET THEM TO REFUND ME.
