No delivery >2 months later and ignoring clients

Well this is my 3rd complaint about the same product that they still have not delivered since the 3rd of DECEMBER 2012! Now however groupon is refusing to answer my support calls that I have submitted via e-mail and I can gaurantee I will only be geting a nondescript, generated response on this complaint stating:
"I acknowledge receipt of your complaint and thank you for taking the time to advise us of your experience.

When you have a moment, please have a look at my email. Your reference number is: ###."

And the email that they refer is just as pointless as the above response, on my first complaint the summation of their email was basically "you'll get it when you get it"

Utterly disgusted by groupon and advice to everyone: DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON! EVER!
