Problem emailed on 21/11/2012 & STILL no response

I lodged a complaint with Groupon on the 21/11/2012 regarding a deal they had sold from a supplier in Cape Town and when going to the supplier, their service was SHOCKING to day the least.

I sent an email to Groupon advising of my unhappiness on the 21/11/2012 and to date have not heard a thing.

I have sent about 5 emails and on the Groupon service centre software, they have CLOSED every one of my complaints but NEVER reverted to me.

What is going on with Groupon, their service is shocking.
