No Refund for 4 Weeks

I purchased a stone massage voucher, which for some reason was cancelled by Groupon only found out when i requested the voucher to emailed to my self. this was barely three days later, i then requested to be refunded on the 29th of August, today it is the 18 of September and i'm still waiting for my refund. i have had numerous emails and corresponde to groupon office. i also made numerous phone calls regarding my refund and i have spoken to five different people who promised that the refund was going to be in my account before the end of the day on friday the `13th. guess what todate nothing has been processed. the attitude of groupon service consultants is shocking. i will never again deal with them and i would never recommend anyone to ever purchase anything from them. the experienced i have with them is shocking. they are worse them some of the govenment departments. I'm currenly lost for words how i can describe my level of disappontment and anger the was my matter has been handled. i still dont have my money after almost four weeks.
