DOES NOT REFUND CLUSTOMERS!!!

I recently purchased a shoE rack from Groupon but upon delivery it was of tHE chaepest quality so I sent it back, however I had to follow up three times before the product was actually collected, when it was eventually collected I was assured I would receive a refund in 7 days it has now been a month and I have still not recived a refund, Do not be fooled with cheap deals they offer their customer service is appalling and once they have your money it is impossible to get a refund it seems!!! or this is a stalling tactic hoping customers forget and they get to keep your money
