WHERE IS MY REFUND???

Utterly disgusted in the nonchalant attitude of Groupon's call centre after we bought Rossi 3-piece luggage which was faulty which Groupon at first said they would replace. Two and a half month's later suddenly they couldn't replace it and we were offered a refund. Faulty luggage was collected that same day on 12 March and the refund SUPPOSEDLY was done on 18 March. To date we have NOT RECEIVED REFUND. Numerous phone calls and emails to Groupon and the only response we get is an automatic email response saying problem has been escalated. I will seriously be considering never using Groupon again, this is unfortunate as you do have good deals that suit me from time to time. You have my email and cellphone number. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! Wouldn't it be nice if you refunded as quick as you collected!!!
