MISREPRESENTING VALUE OF SERVICE

Groupon advertized and/or promoted a Major Car Service at Moto Lube, Parkmore, Sandton for an all inclusive R899.00. The advertisement read as follows: Major car service (Fuel filter/Air filter/ handbreak/ Comprehensive checks on all parts) Wiper blade replacement/ Valid for any car under 2 litres engine capacity; excluding diesel vehicles/ Voucher value R1, 800.00. No additional costs associated with the service and that the Groupon voucher will cover all the above costs. On collecting my vehicle I was informed that wiper blade replacement was not included and I also had to pay for the Petrol filter, which was supposed to be included in the MAJOR SERVICE. These promotions are misrepresentations and you do not get what is promised to you. I am very unsatisfied and demand a refund of the additional money I had to pay plus the wiper blade replacement, which was not done.
