UNPROFESSIONAL /BAD IMAGE

We purchased 2 Groupon voucher last year for Self Image - Luxurious treatments packages (including facial, mani, pedi, i massages and scrub for 4 people. We have been trying to secure booking since last year via e-mail and telephonic without any success- as Self Image is always fully booked and cannot accommodate bookings on a Saturday nor a week day for 4 people. Anna the receptionist is absolutely rude and arrogant and constantly slammed the phone down. Left numerous messages for the Manager to contact us but there has been no response. Eventually, contacted the Manager this afternoon, who was also not pleasant and accommodating and referred us once again to Anna, whilst I was on the line, they were having their own conversation at my expense, who was not prepared to assist and once again slammed the phone. It is evident that this spa can only accommodate 2 people at a time as they are start up business and lack service ethos and are not CLIENT -CENTRIC
