Shocking service on vehicle that's on motor plan

I got a shock of my life today when I took my Toyota Hilux for to McCarthy Hatfield for a fuel light check. I was warmly welcome and informed that the fuel filter needed replacement. My car has a motor plan and I agreed to the replacement of the filter. I was later asked to pay R795.00 because the motor plan does not cover the fuel filter. I have a BMW and Mercedes, on motor plan and they both cover fuel filter. What shocked me even worse, was the fact that they told me that Toyota motor plan does not cover a wiper blade. I am done with Toyota and anyone who need a Toyota Hilux Bakkie 2010 must come buy it today. I regret the day I made a decision to buy a Toyota Bakkie. Pity Mercedes and BMW does not have bakkies. I would rather buy a trolley and pull it with my BMW than go back to Toyota, at least I don't have to pay for a fuel filter for the trolley and the BMW.. Shu Toyota Aowa, review your motor plan if you need to compete!
