THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE EVER, FALSE ADVERTISING

I purchased a Groupon voucher for the major service not knowing that this will be the biggest mistake of my car's history or should I say existence, I was first told they do not replace metal fuel filters which I accepted and understood and bought a metal fuel filter for them to replace and then I was told it would cost labour to replace the fuel filter which was originally included in the overall labour cost of the major service as advertised. Then I left the workshop and 1 hour later received a call to say my brakes is faulty back and front and needs to be replaced as well as my cam seals and cam belt which I already replaced last year. I told the floor manager no to everything and that they should just continue with the major service as scheduled how ever he begged and pleaded on the telephone please at least do your brakes and was extremely persistent and I eventually said yes just to get rid of him as I was at work at the time. When I collected my car it was covered in oil all over my car the engine was filthy as well as my car they left my air filter outside of the car, when I started my car it was smoking which was not the case when I dropped my car off. I am OFF!!!
