I serviced my Nissan Tiida at the hennops park branch on Thursday 18 July 2013. the feedback during the service was as expected and faults were identified.

However when i got to receive my vehicle back, it was not washed (as promised), it was standing outside the workshop in the parking area with both front windows open. The rear window wiper was not fitted, the wiper arm was in the erect position and no blade fitted.

I requested to get the replaced parts that also was not available. it was given to me, i requested the technician to show me the new air filter in the vehicle, he opened the air filter casing and to my utter shock to see that the casing and its inside were not even cleared from leaves and rubble.

i also requested my front bumper to be secured this was also not done.

Poor poor workmanship. And a discount of a mere R 191.68 is not a way to try and regain a customer.
