Hi!

I bought the "Major car service deal at Kessel Motors", from the Groupon
website and took my car for a service. I made clear to them that I was not interested in any additional costs or fees, I would
be fine if they report anything else that needs to be done but I am not in
position to pay anything else.

At midday, Francois called me to tell me about the faults that
need attention, fine.

Then he informed me about an additional cost of R650 because my car uses
fuel injection and bla bla bla. I refused to pay that, really because I
could not afford it. We then agreed to R425 as an additional cost.

However, as I said, I was never in position to pay any additional cost,
that is why I bought the deal in the first place.

I am requesting therefore a full refund for the amount paid for the voucher
R298.

If not answered until Tuesday, I will proceed with the charge back request. I am not
interested in Groupon credits. All I want is a portion of my money which
was unfairly charged from me, back in my pocket.
