Groupon Takes Money and no Voucher received

On the 16 Jan I ordered the 186pce professional tool kit. This was paid on the same day via eft, using the payment reference provided by them. On the same day I received confirmation of this order from Groupon. On the 18th Jan I emailed them to enquire as to why no voucher had been received. They responded the same day and advised that this would be sent once the deal had closed. On the 25th Jan I again emailed them as STILL NO VOUCHER. I have had no response from them to this last mail at all, and I am out of pocket to the tune of R1999!!! When checking on my Groupon account - there is no record of this purchase at all - again confusing when I received a mail of confirmation of the order!!! As this was only my second purchase using this site - it has left me feeling very annoyed - coupled with this - the lack of communication. How can this be!!!
