REFUND REQUIRED / PROOF OF DEPOSIT

Hi,

I have purchased a voucher for a meal at Ocean City.
The restaurant was no longer in business at time of booking and during the validity of the voucher.
I did inform Groupon to which the response was that a refund had been done.
I have been thru my bank accounts and note that no refund has been done.
Please can you forward proof of deposit to me or alternatively please refund.
PS: It is extremely difficult to contact you telephonically and no response has been received via email as yet - already 3 days have passed.

My experiences have been a pleasurable one with Groupon but this has been a thorn in the works.
