Yet again, still no delivery or response

I ordered Lexmark 100 multi cartridges on 16 January 2013. Three to four weeks delivery time is normal time allowed for delivery.
I have sent many emails requesting to redeem this product. On the 9th of March I resubmitted this request yet again and received a generic response which had nothing to do with my situation which I noted in my feedback.
I was asked to give Groupon 48 hours grace in order to follow up on non delivery, which was on the 12th of March.
On the 18th of March I sent another email to request update after which I was asked another 24 hrs to follow up and give feedback.
Today is the 23rd of March and STILL NO response from Kelly or product delivery.

This is now the fourth product that I have been fighting to get delivered including lots of wasted time, energy and an immense amount of patience. This lack of service delivery is totally unacceptable.
