No delivery of product, no feedback

Ordered product on 30 Sept, and after 3 weeks have no delivery of product. I contacted call centre on the 10th Oct and spoke to Cara Styles. Her response was that their email system is down. A day after calling I received an email asking that should contact her directly on email if nothing is delivered. I did so last week and still no response

I think it is extremely unprofessional to offer a 2 week delivery time and have no forewarning about delays. I do not accept the reason that systems were down, as payment was processed so there would have been at least some record of order. There should have been a follow up phone call at the very least. I have received notification of offers since so if technicians put as much effort into aftersales as in marketing then this would probably not have been an issue.

I have sent two emails since and still no feedback. I am hoping that by complaining on this platform that Groupon will actual respond! Can someone from Groupon have the courtesy to call with some information on the whereabouts if this order.
Alternatively I want a refund.
