I ordered a product from Groupon on the 1st of January with delivery within 4 weeks. I contacted Groupon after the 4 weeks lapsed and was then told there are new procedures where you have to wait a week after the order was placed before the deliver time will start.

I contacted them again after the new period lapsed and was told "You will get confirmation once we have feedback from the supplier as to when to expect this item."

Another week and a half passed and I still don't have my product and no response to my query submitted asking for either feedback or contact details for the supplier so that I can contact them myself requesting feedback. Delivery is now close to 3 weeks late!
