Disgusting service

I was told and I quote to please off by the Owner / Boss of Synergy Concepts because Cherice van Niekerk has no Idea how to treat a customer. The meaning of Customer service - Provision of service before, during and after a purchase .. I get told i'm not a customer because I never purchased anything!! I am highly disgusted in the service she provides and still don't understand how she is in Business - I am still in shock that someone can be so rude to a customer - I will definitely not be purchasing or have any dealings with Synergy Concepts in the future and I hope that for those of you that would like to use Synergy Concepts you know exactly what you are getting yourself into and how you will be treated!!!
