Notification of Collecting repaired goods

I handed in my samsung tablet for repairs as it was giving operating errors. I was told that the repairs would take a few weeks as the tablet had to be couriered to the allocated repair shop in Fourways. I had received sms'es during the entire process notifying me of where my tablet is and what the repair status is. That is where my problem is sitting. I received a texted message from vodacom on the 21st of January 2014 that my tablet is ready for collection and the DATACALL CoMMUNICATIONS and gives the branch telephone number. I went to go collect my tablet on the 22nd of January as the sms said it is ready, I however got turned away and told that my tablet is not yet there and must give it another week or maybe 2. I phoned this morning the 30th to enquired and got asked if I have not yet received the collections sms as my tablet has been there since the 21st of January... they withheld my tablet from me for no reason what so ever for more than a week and then I still get threatend with Security after exploding after the manager refused to takl to me and give me an explanation as to why they to me regarding the status of my tablet
