Refund Still not processed after several calls

On the 26th of February, I called Group on to advise that Le Suz was liquidating and could not honour my voucher. I was advised that I would get a call back from the refunds department by Shameez, nothing happened & I figured it takes a few days for the refund. on the 1st of March I spoke to Laura, who advised she had escalated my request. #700286. I forwarded my banking details and I was told I would have my money within a few days. but the latest would be on Wed 6 March. I gave it sometime thinking my refund was caught up in paperwork or something then on the 14th I called and and spoke to Lindo who promised I would have my money within 2 days. today is the 19th I still do no have my money. can you advise me when I will get my money back or if I will get it back at all? I find it appalling that I have to wait so long for a refund and call Group on several times. are you going to reimbuse my time, telephone calls and interest for the time my money is in your bank account???
