I bought a deal from groupon- in Nov2012. delivery was to bewith in 6 weeks.By Feb 2013, order not received.i called groupon, spoke to Ganeefa, she advised there was a delay with the xmas orders but offered me a refund. i agreed and she said it will be actioned. 25th of February, no refund, called again spoke Dawney and she advised that it was not sent for refund processing but assured me it will be done an i could expect a refund in 24 to 48 hours. 1/03/2013, i get an email from Laura askine whether i wanted a refund to my account or to my credit card. i responded saying my credit card. Monday the 4/03, no refund, spoke to Lunga who said it was not processed, i asked for a manager, she t/f me to Kelly. she told me she did the refund whils on the line, said it would refelct in 2 to 3 days on my account as it was not the same bank. today thursday 7/03, stoll no refund, i called spoke to another agent.no manager available, finally kelly took my call and was rude, said she delivers a promise made. if she promised me a refund in 2-3 days, none was rec? is that service delivery? told me i just had to wait for the payment. i asked for her manager and still waiting for a call from Nazlee!
